Your analytics tool just got better

Measuring the results of your PR & communications activities is essential to the success of your brand. At Mynewsdesk, we not only strive to provide you with a state-of-the-art publishing and distribution platform, but we also want to give you the best possible tools and insights to determine how effectively you’re using this platform.

That’s why we decided to redesign Analyze, Mynewsdesk’s analytics feature.

What is included in the redesign?

Our goal is to help you understand your results and insights more quickly, so you can then determine the actions to take.

Using knowledge gained from researching best practices and doing customer interviews, we’ve fundamentally redesigned the way we present your newsroom and individual story statistics. We’ve also made improvements to the backend, allowing us to deliver these numbers even more effectively.

But this is just the first version. We want to ensure that you get the most out of this feature. Therefore, we’re building the new Analyze step-by-step and we’re asking you for input and feedback along the way.

How do I access the first version of the new design?

If you’re a Plus or Premium customer, log into Mynewsdesk and click Analyze. There, you will see a button prompting you to test the new version. Simply click on it and start using the new version. You can switch back to the current version at any time.

If you don’t have access to Analyze, please contact your account manager or our customer support team.

How do I give feedback?

Once you’ve switched to the new Analyze, you can find a link to a survey about the updates. You can of course contact your account manager or our customer support team as well.

What happens next?

Over the next few weeks, we will roll out improvements and updates based on the feedback we receive and the continued cooperation with you, our customers. Once we’re ready to make the switch to the new Analyze permanent, we will let you know.

Stay tuned!
