It is election year in Sweden, and the media is filled with news articles about the eight major parties as well as individual politicians. Leading up to the election, Mynewsdesk, a Swedish company specialising in communications technology, has used AI to find out which emotions are hidden in the news reporting.
That what we read in our feeds triggers emotions is nothing new. But what kind of emotions and how intense are they? And what impact could this have on the media climate? Mynewsdesk is evaluating the possibilities of using AI within the communications industry.
According to Mynewsdesk's report ‘State of Nordic PR’, content is one of the top priorities among Nordic companies: six out of ten PR and communications professionals say their businesses see content as an important cornerstone of their overall business strategy, and nearly 75% have an elaborate content strategy.
Once again, the G2 users have spoken, resulting in Mynewsdesk being awarded an additional set of badges in G2s newly released summer report. Mynewsdesk will proudly add these new badges to the ones already earned earlier in the year.

In a step towards fulfilling its aim of putting people first, Mynewsdesk has appointed Sandra Lindberg as Chief People Officer. Sandra, who started earlier this month, has extensive experience in building an inclusive and engaging culture, helping companies grow quickly without losing sight of their broader purpose.

It's time to get to know the last member of our eminent jury. Let's give a round of applause for David Lilja! David has a background within journalism, but became fascinated by the power and effect of smart PR and decided to switch career paths. He has been working within the automotive industry for almost 10 years and is currently the PR and communications manager for Kia Sweden.
